Welcome to your classic coastal getaway! This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach house offers 1,457 sq ft of comfort, including a bright sunroom just off the living room featuring a cozy twin daybed — perfect for relaxing with a book or accommodating extra guests.

Enjoy serene lagoon views with ducks, turtles, and cranes right in your backyard, plus a fire pit for memorable evenings outdoors. Located in the private neighborhood of Beachside, you'll love the peaceful setting with no public beach access or parking, yet still enjoy walking access to the shore. As well as just a short stroll to local stores and restaurants.

Inside, the home boasts hardwood floors, covered parking, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Stay connected with wireless internet and stream your favorite content on smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room. While there is no dedicated cable service there is a Roku for plenty of free streaming content or login to your favorite streaming apps.

As part of the community, you'll also have access to a community pool, tennis courts, and a pickleball court — perfect for staying active and having fun.

Pet-friendly with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Linens are included. No smoking, please.

Rentals are stocked with small 'starter packs' that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Amazing location The outdoor shower was a hidden gem. The smaller beds are pretty comfortable- but the 2 larger beds leave something to be desired.

Nice location and good size for a family. The house was clean but is in need of maintenance to the interior and some of the furniture. Plenty of our door space to enjoy and close to shopping and the beach.

This home is located in the “Beachside” neighborhood in IOP.
A quiet development convenient to groceries and restaurants.
This pet friendly home fit the bill for us. Our only complaint is a few of the rooms have peeling paint and could definitely use a fresh coat.

We loved our stay here at Sandshell Court 6. The location is one of our favorites here at Isle of Palms. Easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Getting in and out of the neighborhood is also very easy. The house is a great setup for our family to stay at and we love the beachy themes of course. Beautiful new shower area downstairs to wash off all the sand, and great for washing off our puppy after she walked on the beach with us. The only negative I would have is the finishing of the updates. There was one area of the floor that I kept catching my foot on. And maybe the mattress in the primary bedroom could use updated. It wasn’t the most comfortable for my husband and myself.

We love the location of this property. Close to the beach with dining opportunities within walking distance. The grocery is just a short walk as well. Great place to walk, run , bike. The outdated beds and bedding need to be addressed .

Lovely beach house with easy access to beach, shopping, and a nice pool! The house has nice furniture - there were a few maintenance issues but Island Realty is always very good about getting them worked on. I would definitely stay here again if prices didn't keep going up!

While we do not require our owners to provide beach chairs or wagons, we highly recommend Charleston Baby's Away for renting anything you may need! They are a local business that provides rentals for everything from beach chairs to boogie boards and a selection of games! They will even deliver them straight to your rental prior to your arrival.

If you are in need of beach umbrellas, we recommend IOP Beach Chair Company.

Is there any leeway for bringing 2 small pets? Both are non-shed and house trained.
