This 1-bedroom ocean view condo in Port O'Call is the newest addition to the Island Realty Rental Program and is sure to be highly sought after. Situated within the gated Wild Dunes Resort, you'll enjoy access to world-class golf, exciting local restaurants, and miles of bike and running trails. Or you can simply relax and unwind by the community pool or the ocean just steps away. This is the ideal getaway for any island vacationer!

**Important Notice: Please be advised that a siding and window construction project will be taking place on all Port O' Call buildings except for Building D. The work is scheduled to start on November 4th and continue through mid-March. During this period, guests may experience construction noise from adjacent buildings.**

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

Wonderful supply of bath towels and wash cloths, however only two hand towels provided. It would have been nice to at least have four. We did not use the TV in bedroom, however it came on twice by itself, which would have scared us to death, if it had of happened while we were sleeping. There was no where to sit in the living room besides on the couch. The kitchen was very narrow, but well stocked with cookware. We were in G building this time so view was very limited as compared to A building, where we stayed a couple years ago. The beach access was disappointing as you literally had to walk to the next complex south to walk out through dunes.The two beach accesses provided at Port o Call went towards beach over dunes but dropped of like a cliff and you’d have to jump down 4 feet to access beach. Once you found a way to get to beach you could only walk on it when it wasn’t high tide, as the water came all the way up.

Location is great! However, the place was not very clean. It appeared many places were overlooked. They even left the cleaning check sheet on the table. VERY dusty, personal items left out, food crumbs in several places, very dirty and stained pillows in living room, bathtub had purple marks all over it, large screws in the floor that had fallen from vents... I could continue. We had to dust several rooms. Also, you can hear EVERY footstep above you on the third floor. I sent pictures in hopes this will be better for the next guest. Overall, not worth it for the price. You can find a cleaner place to stay.

This was our first time staying in Wild Dunes after years of staying in town. We loved it! This property was very nice and spacious, but most importantly comfortable. The location was right at the beach, and you could see the beach from the living room and enjoy it from the screen porch as well. The beach was easy access too. Everything was new, including all the appliances. The decor was very nice along with artwork! It was clean, and the sofa and bed were very comfortable! We loved the little eating nook in the kitchen! Made it feel like home. Wild Dunes is so beautiful, and this property made our much-needed vacation memorable!

This property is in a great location. It is clean and just large enough for a couple of weekends. It is a quirky layout and the people above us woke up at 5;00 am and walked around each morning waking us up. The bedroom could use some nightstands.

For a one-bedroom apartment, it was spacious enough to have some family members come to visit. The view from the porch to the ocean was great even though it was not an ocean front unit. A short and level walk to the ocean was perfect. If you choose this unit, make sure the building owner has the elevator turned on and in service mode. I had to take luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs and never had elevator service during my 4 nights stay.

Totally comfortable bed! Stayed many times in different units and this was the best by far. The bathroom, kitchen and living room were all perfect! I can't say enough nice things about it but will definitely rent it again!

This property has a regular drip coffee maker. Beach chairs are not items we require our owners to provide so we cannot guarantee that there will be any in the unit for guest use. However, should you need them, we recommend renting chairs/umbrellas from a local company, IOP Beach Chair Co.
