While I have been to Charleston before, I have never been to IOP. I got some recommendations from friends and started searching for something either on or near the beach that wasn't astronomically priced. We were very happy with location of Oceanside and the size of the condo. It is right across the street from the beach and steps away from beach shops, restaurants and a grocery store. It is a quick drive into Charleston and the airport. The management was extremely responsive when I had some questions. The pool area was a little lack-luster and small. Lastly, I would suggest a fresh coat of paint for the unit, get rid of the old carpeting in the breezeways and decks, and replace rusted bathroom vents/door hinges. Overall, it was a great experience and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our rental was clean and close to everything. We walked to the beach, to get coffee, groceries, and breakfast. We had a late arrival and they were very accommodating. The fridge was broken before we arrived, but they had a spare and fixed it while we were in town, so we never went without a fridge. They communicated well and we really enjoyed our trip. Just be mindful that this unit is on a second floor with no elevator that I could find. I may have missed it. Thankfully we were all able to climb the stairs, but it may be hard for others. That didn’t change anything because we will definitely be back!

This condo was decent and we didn’t have any major issues. The water pressure was low but that can happen in a large building of condos. This condo comfortably slept 6, AC worked well and the condo was clean. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely visit! Only a couple of items in the unit to mention: twin mattress in back bedroom wasn’t very comfortable; LR furniture was worn; bathroom tub floor was unstable & shower made loud squeaking noise. Kitchen was great, table & chairs very sturdy, master queen bed very comfortable. Overall an excellent stay, with a location that can’t be beat! Many thanks!

We love IOP and have been many times. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo. We requested it because it feels like home. The owners have thought of everything you would need while on vacation. The location couldn't be better. The Island Realty staff was very accommodating and the HOA was very friendly. We have begun to make friends there too! We went to our favorite places, Coconut Joe's, Poe's and Tommy Condon's. We plan on traveling to IOP in the fall.

It was great! Our son moved there in July and were were happy to find a place to stay for a few days to have THanksgiving. I took a walk each morning and one morning I returned and there were two rats (looked young) right near the stairwell of buiding C as I was walking to our building B. I know it is hard to control animals , but wanted you to know incase you were not aware. They ran under the stairs and under the first floor. I am thinking there were more . It did not ruin my opinon of staying there, we plan to return as our son lives in Mt. Pleasant and it is a nice location for us .

Wonderful location. Thankful there were fishing poles at condo. Only complaint was that the person at the office did not give us code for the pier. We did get it after talking to another person at the condo.

This 2 bedroom condo has been updated on the inside. It does not have a desirable view, but is across the street from the beach. It is also within walking distance to restaurants etc.

I had stayed at this property before in October 2019. I love the location! Close enough to drive to Charleston, but much less crowded. I’m sure the summer months are quite busy, but the off season is a perfect time to enjoy the wide open beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

My 16 year old daughter and I had a mini-staycation on the IOP this week. We loved the location of our sea cabin and the layout of the space, and the extra beds in the 2nd room for her and her friends! We would go back, though the beds could use some definite improving.

This condo is the perfect location for relaxing and getting out of the hustle and bustle of vacation traffic. It's in the heart of Isle of Palms, within walking distance to grocery, shops, restaurants and directly across the street from the beach. The condo has been updated and very clean inside and well stocked. The pool was perfect for late afternoon relaxing after the beach. I will definitely come back.

We have stayed at various Island Realty properties for the past several years. They have all been exceptional. This unit metallic our need for this short stay on IOP and family visit to Mt. Pleasant. The unit was very accommodating for 3 adults and our 3 and 5 Year old grandsons. All the furniture and bedding seemed like the were recently updated. Pool and proximity to beach, pier, restaurants and groceries was perfect. Also, very clean!

We enjoy the space we have at Oceanside Villas. This condo has been nicely appointed. The twin bed would be best for a child and the lower full is fine for an adult. Comfortable enough couches but we did look forward to being in our own chairs at home. With that said, in terms of comfort "there's no place like home".

Loved the distance from the beach and the shops and restaraunts close by. The talking parrot at one of the stores was a nice touch to. Did not expect that and enjoyed every bit of it. Harris Teeter is now my new favorite store.

Unit was nice, could use new mattresses on some beds, other than that it was a perfect escape from the daily grind. **Beware parking is limited so you're only allowed one parking pass, thankfully they gave us an extra pass due to the amount of empty units on the property.

Relaxing. Oceanside B208 was Very clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Porch had table and 4 chairs, but faced the other condo. Short walk to beach and restaurants, shops, etc. We very much enjoyed it.
