This three bedroom and three bath tri-level town home can sleep 8, with short walk to the nearest beach access. Located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes, guests can enjoy swimming at the outdoor Fairway Dunes community pool (open April-end of September) or play tennis or pickleball on the Fairway Dunes community courts (please bring your own equipment).

NEW for 2025: All bedrooms and stairs have brand new LVP flooring (no more carpet) and primary bedroom now has a King bed.

Bright and inviting, this villa hosts two balconies, a deck, and a screened porch! The 11th green of the Wild Dunes Links Golf Course is just beyond the foliage behind the building. This villa offers affordable, updated accommodations for a small group or family. A golfer or tennis player's dream!

Flat-screen Smart Roku televisions are provided in the living room, twin bedroom, and primary bedroom for streaming (cable stations available through Xfinity Stream application).

Have a couple of visitors? Not a problem! The living room sofa pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa.

Wireless Internet & Linens Included. Cable streaming available through Xfinity Steam Application. No Smoking. No Pets. No access to Garage.

Guests have access to the Fairway Dunes Community seasonal pool and tennis/pickleball courts, however are not permitted in Resort Pools.

Our stay at 9 Fairway Dunes was fantastic! Upon entry, we found one slight issue that was taken care of immediately. The description matched the property. The location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach. We would stay again or recommend this rental to anyone!

Want to say thank you to Kozi for helping plan the vacation and Michele for her assistance when a situation occurred during our stay. Both ladies were very professional and extremely helpful making our vacation quite enjoyable. Have stayed in this unit before so knew what to expect but this time there was no cable tv only Roko. Couldn’t watch live tv (ie no NCAA basketball, or Masters Golf ) only streaming. Also there was a major construction project (installing water lines) taking place in front of the unit. Assume by now it has been completed.

We arrived at the appointed time and found the house clean and ready for us. There was a slight issue with the the water heater but it was resolved by the management in short order. We are long term Isle of Palms visitors so we enjoyed the local restaurants and long walks on the beach. The house was perfect for us.

We thought the property was fantastic. Plenty of space for our family and I loved looking out towards the golf course. Just a short walk to the beach. Overall we were very pleased and plan to return again.

Island Realty was great to deal with. The property was located near beach access and pool was around the corner. We were very comfortable. The only suggestion would be to replace family room rug. Or maybe no rug would be best. The kitchen counters and table needed to be cleaned. But I clean when I go in a place anyway. Overall I would return happily

Had a great vacation except we. Our bikes were stolen from the front steps
I would recommend locking up your bikes. We have been coming to wild dunes 25 years and never ever had this problem.

We had a great stay over Easter break at this property. It was a well updated villa and very comfortable for our family of 5 and exactly as described in listed. The only negative I would say is the pool near this unit not being heated and a little further down from the other pools. Otherwise, wonderful.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Fairway Dunes Villa 9 during the Holiday season. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house is beautifully appointed. It is most spacious that the pictures show. It was very clean and maintained perfectly. It is a great location for the beach and golf, but as far on IOP has can be if the idea is to drive into Charleston...

Is there a Keurig? How far to the beach in walking distance?

Answer:

This property currently features a traditional brew-style coffee pot (uses filters, not K-Cups).

In terms of walking to beach access, this property is just under 2 blocks away if you walk to the end of the road, take a left (then an immediate right), and walk down Mariners Walk. This part of the walk is all paved. The beach access path at the end of Mariners Walk is comparable to 1 short block's distance and is partially a wooden boardwalk and partially sand. If you take a look at the location feature at the bottom of this property's page, you can get a good idea of the walk to the beach!
