This reverse floor plan unit has a custom kitchen on top level with a gas stove. The open floor plan allows for guests to dine in the dining room and at the breakfast bar with plenty of space. This large kitchen is perfect for cooking dinner for the family, whether you're having your summer cookout or spending the holidays at the beach! From the second floor porch, guests can go up the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck to take in the beautiful ocean views.
Washer/dryer and linens included. Outside includes a gas grill (propane tanks can be exchanged at the Island Realty office during normal business hours), fenced in yard, covered patio, outdoor shower with warm water, and private pool. Garage area has bar and ping pong table.

There were 7 of us, the youngest being 75, so the elevator made all the difference for our stay. The house had plenty of bedrooms, but lacked all but one walk-in shower. What an absolute blast we had on our vacation and stay at 3003 Cameron blvd! The house was amazing! Clean, open, and spacious! We had a party of 8. It was perfect! Our family of 10 just spent the most wonderful week at this vacation home. We loved morning coffee on the porch and then walking our granddaughter to the playground at the rec center a few blocks away. The beach is also a very short walk. The pool was clean and the backyard felt like a tropical oasis. Beautiful landscaping! The house had a few pool floats and toys and a great beach wagon. The outdoor grill was great! Some of us had to log in for remote work and set up by the pool or at the kitchen table. Would be nice to have a small desk in the sitting area beside the kitchen. Ping Pong was a hit with everyone and it was nice to have that downstairs refrigerator for extra storage. There were a few puzzles and games in a chest. The master bed was very comfortable! The elevator helped get luggage and groceries up and down. Highly recommend Islander 71 and Acme for great seafood dinners out. And Sea Biscuit for breakfast! The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Bonus with two coffee pots so we could make decaf and regular! Everyone loved this house. Would definitely stay again! My husband, our 3 kids and spouses and 3 grandkids spent 5 nights in this awesome house! It had almost everything we needed and multiples of kitchen ware. Very short walk to beautiful beach, away from the crowds but close enough to walk to busy area. The management company was very responsive to our needs. One thing you should know: there is a pack n play, several beach chairs, some umbrellas and beach/pool toys, and multiple hair dryers. They were correct that there were no beach towels, and they only supplied one bath towel per bed, which meant you had to wash them.

This was our second stay at this property. The property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need! It definitely feels like my home away from home! Excellent experience. The house was lovely, both inside and out. Palm Boulevard was a bit challenging to cross so the location does present a safety issue when getting to and from the beach. Beautiful yard. Kitchen extreme.y well equipped; however there was very little storage space for food items we brought. Porches were very comfortable. Bedroom location allowed privacy for everyone. The basement area was great for rainy days and just a break from the sun. We have a wheelchair confined family member, getting in and out of the elevator on the 3rd floor was a bit tight and using the high dining table was tricky but certainly manageable. The leasing agency was great. They were very accommodating for our traveling and when we had a wifi issue; they were on it! The house is nice and easy walk to the beach. We loved our stay and it was not super crowded at the beach. We drove to Charleston and loved the city. I highly recommend staying on Isle of the Palms for the beach and easy access to Charleston. This home was perfect for our two-family get-away. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, charming and appointed with everything we needed to relax, spend time at the beach, lounge at the pool, grille and enjoy local restaurants, such as Acme Lowcountry Kitchen. Checking in and out was close by and easy. The home was well cared for and maintained like a family home. We rented a condo specifically because we had a mobility impaired family member traveling with us. We arranged to have a scooter delivered, and when the scooter company called Island Realty, they put two and two together. They determined that since the elevator in the condo was not working and got us into a fabulous house nearby. Cannot recommend Island enough. The elevator is still on schedule to be up and running by March 2024.
There are no handrails in the bathrooms and the elevator is fairly small (more intended for moving luggage up and down). If you are looking specifically for a unit that is suitable for someone who uses mobility aids, please give us a call so that we can find you a rental that meets all of your needs!

This unit currently features a traditional coffee pot (takes filters and grounds).
The provided linen sets consist of one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per person permitted by capacity. This unit sleeps 14 guests so there will be 14 bath towels, 14 hand towels, and 14 washcloths in the unit.
